So I’m starting this blog for a few reasons:
- My Instagram feed is primarily portrait focused and I use it to connect with local creatives to collaborate on more portrait work (pandemic pending). With film, I don’t have a particular subject focus yet so I hesitate to “muddy” up the message there.
- I want a reason to get out of the house and be creative with the hopes of getting through a roll a week at least.
- I want to get better at this and further challenge myself creatively.
- I have a bunch of shots taken over the past year or that I haven’t shared and hope to treat this blog as a journal of sorts. Until then, several of these posts will be “from the archives.”
